These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website, VapeGala, and monitor how you use it. By using our
site, you confirm that you are 18+, and you agree that you fully accept all of our T&Cs, Privacy Policy and
Shipping and Return Conditions mentioned here. Please read all of these carefully before further use to know who
we are and how we provide products, how the contract may change or end.

- We will send an acceptance email once the tea confirms your order.
- We will provide you with an order number once it is confirmed. Please use this as a reference while contacting us about order updates.
- We only sell our products to customers in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). However, we can also ship to the British Armed Forces serving abroad through FBPO.

Age Exceptions
If you are under 18, you are not eligible to buy from us. We conduct an electronic age verification when you
create an account to fully comply with the law and prevent fraud.
If biometric verification fails, we will not dispatch or cancel your order and will instead issue a refund.

Product Images and Variations
All product images on VapeGala are for illustration purposes only. We put our best efforts into displaying colours as they are in real, however, slight variations can still exist.
Packaging Differences
Little differences in packaging may exist compared to what is displayed on the website, and no refunds will be issued just because of the packaging differences.
How to Request a Change in Your Order?
If you are looking for changes to your order, please contact our support team, and they will inform you about
possible adjustments to prices and delivery timelines.
If the change is not possible or our new terms are unacceptable to you, you are entitled to end the contract
with us (see clause 8 – Your Rights to End the Contract).
When and How We Make Changes
Minor Changes
We are liable to make minor changes to our products for the following reasons:
- Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory updates. This may include changes in packaging and other details.
- Improving functionality by doing some technical adjustments that don’t affect the use of an item.
Packaging Differences
Little differences in packaging may exist compared to what is displayed on the website, and no refunds will be issued just because of the packaging differences.
Delivery Costs and Timeline
You can find delivery costs at checkout on our website. For the delivery date, our team will update you when you place your order. Generally, we deliver all orders as soon as possible, depending on the location. However, we promise no later than 30 days from the day of order acceptance. Additionally, please be advised that we are not liable for any delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances. If it takes more time than expected, you may cancel the order and request a refund.
Other Exceptions
- If you or no one else is available to receive the order on your behalf, we will send instructions on rearranging delivery or direct you to collect it from the local depot. Please note that the carrier attempts delivery twice; if you still don’t receive your order, it will be returned to us.
- If you don’t receive the order or reschedule delivery within two weeks, the order will be returned to us. In this case, we are liable to charge storage and redelivery fees. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the contract.
- The product is solely your responsibility once delivered to your address.
Ending the Agreement
Your Freedom
You can end your contract with VapeGala anytime, but your refund rights depend on certain conditions, like,
- Product is faulty or misdescribed, you will be fully refunded or offered a repair or replacement.
- There is something wrong on our part, e.g., we have informed you of a change that you didn’t accept.
- Delayed product supply due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- Change of mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) within 14 days — you have the right to get a refund during the cooling-off period (subject to deductions).
- Our failure to meet contractual obligations.
Our Goodwill Guarantee
Our goodwill policy extends beyond the requirements of the UK’s legal rules (a 14-day limit to return products). We give the right to return goods within 30 days of delivery to all our customers. Please note that this policy doesn't affect your rights regarding faulty/misdescribed products.
Exceptions to Cancellation Rights.
- We don’t accept returns on opened products, particularly those sealed for health or hygiene reasons, for example, a mouthpiece.
- You have 30 days from the day of receiving to return the items. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, we count the 30 days from the last delivery date.
Ending Your Agreement with Us
- Please send an email to support@vapegala.co.uk to terminate the contract. Do include your full name, order number, and billing address.
- If you cancel the contract after delivery of the order, you must return the items to (Add Address). Don’t forget to include a return slip that mentions your name, order number, and the reason for return.
- On practising the right to change your mind, you will have to return the order within 14 days of receiving it. We cover return costs via Royal Mail and issue refunds only when we receive a return order. See our Shipping and Return Policy.
- In the event that the product is mishandled to an unacceptable level, we reserve the right to deduct the loss amount from your refund. If you got your refund before the inspection, you are subject to reimbursing us.
- Refunds from VapeGala usually take 7–14 days.
Our Terms of Ending the Contract
- We reserve the complete and legal right to terminate the contract with you in the following conditions
- Failing to comply with our terms.
- If you don’t permit us to deliver the products to you within a reasonable period.
Reporting and Resolving Product Issues
Do you have questions or complaints about a product? Use our live chat feature to report or email us at support@vapegala.uk. We are legally obligated to sell and supply products that confirm to this contract. Note that your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Pricing and Payment Details
- Our products’ prices, including VAT, are displayed on the order page and are visible at the time of purchase. If VAT costs change between the date of your order and the date of supply, we will adjust the amount unless you have already paid in full.
- We take care of pricing accuracy; however, if there are errors (e.g., the actual price is lower or higher than the mentioned price), we will contact you before accepting and processing your order.
- If our team processes any order with clear pricing errors that you recognise as a mistake, we are liable to cancel the contract, make a full refund, and request the return of goods.
- We require full payment before dispatching the order. If you think the invoice is incorrect, please don't hesitate to contact us. We won’t charge interest while the issue is under review.
Our Commitment to Loss Coverage
- The VapeGala team is responsible for loss or damage that arises in consequence of our failure to comply with this contract or to practice reasonable care.
- We foresee the loss or damage if it is contemplated by both parties at the time of the contract.
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breaches of your statutory rights.
- We sell products for private use, hence, we are not responsible for any business-related losses, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Other Import Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to another entity. We will notify you if this occurs and ensure that your contractual rights remain unaffected. Any transfer will only happen if you permit it in writing.
- If any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court or authority, the rest of the agreement will remain fully valid. Our delay or failure to enforce any provision doesn't mean we're giving up our right to enforce it later.
- This agreement operates under English law. If you live in England or Wales, any legal action will take place in English or Welsh courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can choose to have proceedings in your local courts or in England.
