Still, if you find the same item at a better price than ours, get in touch within 7 days of your purchase, and the rest is our responsibility.

 What is Covered in OurPrice Match Policy?

    The vape kit and coil must be from the same brand and model. For e-liquids, the brand, flavour profile, nic strength and bottle size should be the same.

  •  In Stock and Ready to Ship 

    The product should be in stock and available for immediate dispatch from the competitors. Price matching on pre-orders and products listed as out of stock will not be entertained.

  •  UK Vape Retailers Only 

    We offer a price match only on vape products and accessories from registered UK-based vape shops. We do not entertain products from international sellers or third-party marketplaces.

  •  Advertised Prices Only 

    Our price match guarantee applies only to prices openly marketed by competitors. We will not accept hidden discounts or private offers.
