About Us

Our journey

Empowering you to live a smoke-free life

Our story began with a simple mission: to give smokers a better alternative to cigarettes. Our founders knew first-hand how hard quitting can be, and their own success with vaping sparked a passion to help others go smoke-free too.

That's how, in 2015, we opened our first humble online shop in Liverpool.

Where do we stand now?

Over the years we realised the world of vaping can feel complex and overwhelming. So our vision became clear: cut through the noise and be a trusted, authentic source of quality vape kits, big puff kits, pods, premium e-liquids and accessories, backed by genuine expert guidance.

Today we serve thousands of happy customers across the UK. That's all thanks to our dedicated team of over 50 people in our warehouse, who are committed to getting every order right.

Many of us are ex-smokers ourselves. We've been where you are, and we're here to help.
