How we calculate this
  • A month is 30.4 days (365 ÷ 12).
  • At 20mg, about 0.1ml of e-liquid replaces one cigarette (a 2ml pod ≈ one pack). At 10mg it's about 0.2ml.
  • Refillable kits: one replacement pod/coil every 15ml. Prefilled pods hold 2ml. Pod + refill kits hold 12ml in total.
