Propylene Glycol (PG):
PG (Propylene Glycol) is an odourless and flavourless liquid that serves as the base ingredient that maintains moisture levels in e-liquid and provides a throat hit.

Nicotine:
Those who prefer vape liquid with nicotine use high-quality nicotine solutions. You can buy it in various strengths depending on your needs.

How To Make Your Own E Juice: A step-by-step Guide

Now that you have all of your ingredients and equipment you need to make your own vape juice. Here’s a step-by-step process to make homemade vape liquid:
1-Prepare Nicotine:
First, you need to determine how much nicotine is required for the e-liquid to reach the desired percentage. You can use an online e-juice calculator or do simple math to calculate the amount of nicotine needed.
Since nicotine is usually diluted, calculate it based on its mg strength and the total liquid volume. It’s recommended to start slightly lower than the suggested nicotine level, then adjust after steeping.
If the nicotine strength feels right but you want a stronger throat hit, adding a small amount (about 1–5%) of vodka can help.
2- Prepare Flavours:
You can use two or multiple flavours to create a new one of your choice. Use an e-juice calculator to calculate the required amount of flavour and add it to the mixing bottle. Try not to add more than 10% of the total volume. After steeping, add it slowly and in small amounts while tasting, so you don’t risk ruining the whole batch.
3- Prepare Base Mixture:
Get your gloves on and add your desired amount of PG and VG into the beaker using syringes. Common VG/PG ratios are 50/50, 80/20, 70/30 and 60/40. Remember that the higher PG gives you a thinner e-liquid with stronger flavour, while higher VG produces thicker clouds and a softer flavour.
4- Mix them and store:
Now is the time to mix all ingredients to brew up a concoction of your own. Add 10 to 20 drops of flavour concentrate, PG and VG of your desired ratios and nicotine to your desired strength into a mixing beaker. Stir it so it all mixes. Now transfer your vape liquid mix from the beaker to a storage bottle using a syringe and label it.
5- Steeping
Steeping your vape liquid is optional, but steeping for 4 to 5 days can make the flavour stronger. Put your vape juice in a dark, cool place with the lid taken off to allow volatile fluids to evaporate. If you don’t want to wait to let it mature in a dark place, you can immerse it in warm water.
