Innokin Vape Guide: Kits, Coils, Tanks & Pods Explained

If you've used Innokin products for a while, you'll know the brand has more than one type of setup. If you're new to Innokin, that can make choosing a device—or finding the right replacement part—a little confusing.
The important thing is not simply that your vape says Innokin on it. You need to know the exact model and whether it uses a replaceable coil, a separate tank or a pod with the coil built into it.
At VapeGala, that's where we'd normally start if someone asked us which Innokin replacement they needed.
This guide explains how the current Innokin range at VapeGala fits together, including kits, coils, tanks and VCAP replacement pods.
Understanding the Innokin Range
There are four useful ways to think about the Innokin products we currently stock.
A vape kit gives you the main device and the components supplied with that particular setup.
A replacement coil is the heating component used inside compatible tanks. Innokin has several coil families, so they're not universally interchangeable.
A vape tank holds the e-liquid and, on many Innokin systems, houses the replaceable coil.
A replacement pod is different again. Products such as the Innokin VCAP pods have a built-in coil, so you replace the complete pod rather than removing a separate coil from it.
Knowing which of those you're looking for makes finding the right product much easier.
Innokin Vape Kits
If you need a complete device rather than a replacement part, start with our Innokin vape kits.
The current VapeGala range includes familiar Endura models as well as GO-series devices and pod-based options such as the Endura V. Don't assume all of those kits work in the same way.
For example, the Innokin GO Z Starter Kit uses a refillable GO Z tank and Innokin's Z-Coil system.
The Innokin Endura V takes a different approach. It uses refillable VCAP pods with built-in mesh coils rather than a separate tank with a removable replacement coil.
That's why we'd choose the device first and then check its replacement system—not choose a packet of Innokin coils and hope they fit.
Innokin Coils
This is probably the area where compatibility causes the most confusion. There isn't one universal “Innokin coil”.
Our current Innokin coils range includes different replacement families, including T18E/T22 Pro, Prism S and Zenith/Z-Coils.
The Innokin Zenith coils belong to Innokin's Z-Coil ecosystem. Our current product information identifies them with compatible Zenith and Zlide tanks, while the GO Z also uses the Z-Coil family.
Then there are Innokin Prism S coils, which are used with compatible products including the Endura T20-S and EZ Watt.
So if a customer asks us, “Which Innokin coil do I need?”, the next question has to be: “Which Innokin device or tank are you using?”

Innokin Vape Tanks
Our Innokin vape tanks range currently includes products such as the GO Z, GO S, T18E Prism, T18E Pro, T20S and Scion.
The Innokin GO Z tank uses replaceable Z-Coils. The Innokin GO S tank has a built-in 1.6Ω coil.
That means someone using a GO Z can replace the coil while keeping the tank. With a GO S, the coil is part of the tank, so you're not shopping for the same type of replacement.
Innokin VCAP Pods
The Innokin VCAP replacement pods are refillable pods with built-in mesh coils.
Current VapeGala product information identifies VCAP compatibility with devices including the Innokin Trine, Trine SE, Endura V and Endura V Box.
Because the coil is built into the pod, you don't remove it and install a separate Innokin coil when it reaches the end of its usable life. You replace the pod.
How to Work Out Which Innokin Replacement You Need
First, identify the exact model. Look for the model name on the device, tank, existing packaging or previous order. “Innokin” alone isn't enough.
Next, work out what you're replacing. Is it the complete device, the tank, a removable coil, or a refillable pod with the coil built in?
Then check the compatibility. Don't assume two products fit because they're both made by Innokin or because their names sound similar.
Only after that should you choose the appropriate resistance or variant. For replaceable coils, the resistance needs to be suitable for the exact tank/device.

Innokin Endura: Check the Model, Not Just the Family Name
Endura is one of the better examples of why exact model identification matters. The current VapeGala range includes products such as the T18E, T18 X, T22 Pro and Endura V.
They're all Innokin Endura products, but that doesn't mean they share one replacement system.

The GO Z Is a Complete System, Not Just One Product
The GO Z Starter Kit is the complete setup. The GO Z Tank is the tank component. Compatible Z-Coils are the replaceable heating elements used inside that tank.
