Delivery Services
The following delivery services are available for our customers: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Next Working Day. All orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same working day. If you require further assistance, please contact support@vapegala.co.uk.
Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

Dual Mesh Coil System
The Bash Echo Pro 10K uses dual mesh coil technology as part of its prefilled system. This is a hardware specification of the device and does not, by itself, guarantee a particular flavour or vapour performance.
3-Puff Eco/Boost Mode Switching
The current Echo Pro instructions state that three quick puffs switch the device to Boost mode. Another three quick puffs return it to Eco/Normal mode.
Boost Mode
Boost is the Echo Pro's alternative operating mode. The verified product evidence confirms the mode and switching method, but does not establish a guaranteed Boost-mode puff total.
Eco Mode & Up-to-10,000-Puff Rating
The current product information associates Eco Mode with the manufacturer's up-to-10,000-puff rating. This is an “up to” product rating rather than a guaranteed realised puff count or all-day battery promise.
How To Use and Set Up The Echo Pro 10K By Bash

Remove All Stickers: Take off every seal and sticker from all parts.

Fit the Coil: Push the 2ml coil inside the rubber mouthpiece.

Connect to Battery: Put the mouthpiece on top of the battery. Match the small arrows on both parts before fixing.

Start Vaping: Just put it in your mouth and take a puff. There is no button; it works when you inhale.
Using the Refill Bottle

Put the 2ml coil inside the 10ml refill bottle.

Attach it to the battery.

Match the arrows and fix it properly.
Boost Mode

Take 3 quick puffs → Boost mode turns ON.
