The following delivery services are available for our customers: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Next Working Day. All orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same working day. If you require further assistance, please contact support@vapegala.co.uk.
Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

How to Use Hayati Quokka Replacement Pods?

Step 1
Open the cardboard and the plastic packaging of the pods.

Remove protective seals
Remove any protective seals on the pods.

Locate the side fill port with a silicone stopper.

Fill the pod or tank
Open the stopper and fill the 2ml cartridge with recommended e-liquid. Do not overfill and leave an air bubble on the top to avoid spills.

Step 5
Close the pod securely. Double-check that it's properly locked to avoid any issues later.

Prime the coil
Allow it to rest for a while to let the vape juice wick the cotton.

Push the pod firmly into the pod bay on top of your Hayati Quokka series device until it clicks in with a magnetic connection.

Start vaping
Inhale or button press as per the device’s functionality to begin vaping.

When your e-liquid runs out (you can view from the transparent pod), refill the pod by repeating the same steps (mentioned above) to continue puffing.
