The Nexel Thunder 15K is the complete rechargeable prefilled pod kit, combining an 850mAh battery with a 2ml prefilled pod and 10ml supplied refill container. Standard and Turbo modes, adjustable airflow and a curved LED display give customers more control over the draw, while the existing feature, specification, setup and box-content sections below remain intact.

Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

Remove your Nexel Thunder 15 device from the box and take off any protective seals and stickers from pod, container and device.

Check (via the LED screen) if your Nexel Thunder device's 850mAh battery is fully charged. If not, charge it using the USB-C cable. This is the crucial step to ensure lasting performance.

Insert the 2ml prefilled pod securely into the device.

Locate the filling port for the 10ml refillable tank (usually a side or top fill, refer to the user manual for exact location).

Open the seal, fill containers with your preferred 20mg nic salt e-liquid and securely close the seal back.

Allow the e-juice to saturate the coil for 5-10 minutes, especially during the first setup or when using a new pod. This prevents dry hits and ensures optimal flavour.

Use the adjustable airflow switch on the device to set your preferred draw, i.e. MTL or RDL.

Switch between "Standard" and "Turbo" modes to customise your vapour output, using the device's controls (refer to the manual for specific button/switch operation)
