Delivery Services

Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

How to Install Uwell Valyrian Coils

Remove the Tank Base
Remove the Tank Base: Twist off the airflow base from the bottom of your Uwell Valyrian tank.

Take Out the Old Coil
Take Out the Old Coil: Hold the old atomiser head and turn it counter-clockwise to unscrew it from the base, then dispose of it properly.

Insert the New Coil
Insert the New Coil: Grab your new Uwell Valyrian coil and screw it into the base clockwise until it’s snug.

Prime & Reassemble
Prime & Reassemble: Put a few drops of e-liquid on the exposed cotton and along the wicking ports, then reattach the tank base to the glass tank.

Fill and Wait
Fill and Wait: Fill your tank with high-VG e-liquid and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to ensure the cotton is fully saturated before your first puff.
