Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

How to Use the Vaporesso Luxe Q2 Pod Kit?

Step 1
Open the packaging and remove all components: the Luxe Q2 device, the pre-installed pod, the spare pod, and the USB-C cable.

Before first use, locate the USB-C charging port on the bottom of the device.

Charge the device
Connect the included USB-C cable to the device and a suitable power source (e.g., a wall adapter or a computer USB port). The indicator light on the device will illuminate to show the charging status.

Prime the coil
Wait approximately 30 minutes for the battery to reach a full charge. The indicator light will change color or turn off to signal full charging.

Remove the pod from the device by pulling it firmly from the top. The magnetic connection will release easily.

The Luxe Q pods are a top-fill system. Locate the black mouthpiece on the pod and simply press it to the side or snap it off to reveal the fill port.

Carefully squeeze your e-liquid bottle to fill the pod. Fill it up to the desired level, ensuring you don't overfill.

Once filled, firmly push the mouthpiece back onto the pod until it clicks securely into place.

After filling the pod for the first time, allow it to sit for at least 5-10 minutes to ensure the wick is fully saturated.
