The Vaporesso XROS Mini is a compact refillable pod kit with a 1000mAh built-in battery, automatic draw activation and fixed MTL airflow. The device automatically manages output at 11W or 16W according to the compatible XROS cartridge fitted, so there are no wattage menus or fire-button controls to set before vaping.

1000mAh Battery
The built-in battery has a 1000mAh capacity and charges through USB-C at 5V/1A. Actual time between charges depends on the cartridge fitted and how frequently the device is used.
Automatic 11W / 16W Output
The XROS Mini automatically manages its output for the compatible cartridge fitted. There is no conventional wattage menu to adjust manually.
Fixed MTL Airflow
The original XROS Mini uses fixed airflow designed around a tighter mouth-to-lung draw. Airflow is not manually adjustable on this model.
Draw Activation
The device is button-free while vaping. Once a filled and primed compatible cartridge is fitted, inhale through the mouthpiece to activate it.

How long does an XROS pod last?
There is no fixed lifespan. Replace the cartridge when flavour or vapour noticeably deteriorates, or if the coil begins to taste burnt. Lifespan varies with use and e-liquid.
What should I do if the XROS Mini is not producing vapour?
Check that the pod is securely inserted and contains e-liquid, then clean the pod and device contacts with a dry tissue. If the cartridge is worn out, replace it.
Does the XROS Mini have adjustable airflow?
No. The original XROS Mini uses fixed airflow.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

Unbox the kit
Unbox the XROS Mini device and the included pod from the cardboard packaging.

Step 2
Check if the battery is full (the light indicator on the device will be green). In case of blue or red light, plug the provided USB Type-C cable into the port on the base of the device and connect it to a power source. The LED indicator on the base will glow to show that it is charging.

Unbox the kit
Take the refillable pod and remove the black mouthpiece from the top. Locate the fill port on the top of the pod, put the e-liquid to 2ml capacity and place the mouthpiece back to lock the pod.

Prime the coil
Allow the pod to rest for 5 minutes to ensure full saturation of the coil and wicking material.

Push the filled and primed pod back into the device until it clicks into place by magnets.

The device has no buttons, inhale to activate the device and begin vaping.
