Delivery Services
The following delivery services are available for our customers: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Next Working Day. All orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same working day. If you require further assistance, please contact support@vapegala.co.uk.
Tracked 24 (1–2 Working Days)
The Tracked 24 delivery service costs £4.99 and usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. To ensure next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 Days)
The service costs £3.99. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 4 PM on Thursday are dispatched on Friday and arrive by Monday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday and reach you by Tuesday. Subject to bank holidays.

Unbox the kit
Open the box and remove the Vaporlax Nano device, one refillable pod, and the Type-C charging cable.

Step 2
Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on the bottom of the device and plug it into a power source before using the device for the first time.

The LED indicator light on the device will signal that it is charging. Wait until the light indicates a full charge before proceeding.

Pick the refillable pod, find the black silicone plug on the side and gently lift it to expose the fill port.

Fill the pod or tank
Fill the pod to 2ml with a high VG or 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid, and then place the silicone plug back in.

Once filled, firmly press the silicone plug back into place, ensuring it is sealed completely to prevent any leaks.

This is an essential step to prevent a burnt taste. After filling the pod for the first time, do not insert it into the device immediately.

Prime the coil
Leave the pod for a few minutes to allow full saturation and vaporisation of e-liquid with the coil.

Now insert the pod back into the device. The magnetic connection will hold it securely in place.

The Vaporlax Nano is draw-activated, inhale to enjoy RDL vaping. The indicator light will glow while you are taking a draw.

When the flavour becomes muted or you experience a burnt taste, replace the pod with a new one.
